The Planes: They mail flat like a letter-size sheet of paper, creased, but not folded, we don’t want to steal the thunder of making the plane (this is when the customer actually holds and folds the plane while staring at your message, watching it fold into a coherent advertisement). Our planes are made of glossy recycled
paper, as to not impact the environment. They are made to be fun, first and foremost. But don’t be fooled by the innocent exterior, these little flyers are extremely powerful marketing vehicles. There is no promotional piece we know of that will excite and engage its user, like promoplanes™ do. An average promoplane™ user will play with your logo adorned and custom designed plane for over 10 minutes while playfully absorbing your promotional message, before getting in trouble from their boss.
Envelopes: We offer the planes with or without 9” x 12” Envelopes, with or without your logo. Big envelopes will hold the planes nice and secure, and the big size will get it noticed in the mail.
Design Options:
A) Download our template and design it yourself, high resolution artwork only, CMYK 300 dpi or greater.
B*) Have us design your plane, *$175 flat, one time fee. Includes 2 concepts to choose from, choose one and have one final round of corrections to that choice. Choose quantity below, on the file upload page browse for your logo, and upload a file with a description of what you want.

Specifications:
Printing: 4 color process on both sides of the sheet, full bleed, on our Heidelberg offset printing press.
Paper: 100# Gloss Text, FSC Certified Recycled paper and gloss coated 2 Sides, for vivid color reproduction.
Finishing: Scored (creased but not folded) to allow for easy “don’t make me think” assembly.
Envelopes: 24# White Wove, a very common envelope paper stock is used to create customized PromoPlane envelopes. Just send us your print file or have us design for a flat fee of $50.
All promoplanes™ have a small, discrete promoplane™ logo inside the crease of the fold that makes the spine. This helps us recognize that the planes in the market are ours and this helps prevent others from infringing on our pending patent.
